Ruth has been in education since 2000. Her first years were spent teaching seventh graders language arts. She is a Writing Coach for Wawasee School District, located in Northern Indiana.
Ruth obtained a M.S. Ed. in Educational Leadership and a B.S. in Secondary Education, both from Indiana University. She has gleaned much knowledge from the professional development offered by the All-Write Consortium. Ruth lives in Indiana with her husband and three children. | Stacey is a fourth grade teacher in Rhode Island. She taught in East Harlem for three years after changing careers from public relations to education. Stacey co-authored a book with ten of her former students, and her former student teacher, entitled DEAL WITH IT! Powerful Words from Smart, Young Women (2007).
Stacey has a M.A. in Literacy Education from Teachers College at Columbia University, a M.S.Ed. in Childhood Education from Hunter College and a B.A. in Communication from The George Washington University. She has attended several of the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project's Summer Summer Institutes.
